There are many ways to slim down your body. Eating the right thing is the most amazing way to do that. Avoid making yourself hungry. The reason is when you starve yourself, you intend to eat more later. Which will obviously make you gain weight easily. Today, I will share with you how I managed my diet and what I eat now!

  3. A lot of water
  4. Reduce your appetite

So,now I will share with you my simple diet for ever-day routine:

Breakfast

  • 1 cup of oats 
  • 1 cup of green tea with garlic
  • 4 hot boiled eggs

Snack

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 cup of nuts

Lunch

  • Breast Chicken
  • 1 cup of brown rice
  • 1 banana 
  • lettuce 

Snack 

  • 2 cups of low-fat milk
  • 1 cup of raisins 

Dinner

  • 1 cup of red beans
  • sweet potatoes 
This simple diet can change your life for better. It's not that expensive!
